We cannot recommend Nicolette “Nicky” Louw enough. She was our daughter Leonor’s speech therapist and the impact she had on her was truly incredible. Leonor initially struggled with her “S” sounds and would put her tongue out when speaking, but Nicky helped her correct this beautifully. What surprised us even more was how quickly Leonor’s overall vocabulary and English improved after only a few sessions; something even her school teacher noticed and highlighted to us. Nicky has a very special way of working with children. She combines kindness, warmth, and patience with the right level of structure and limits, which makes her incredibly effective while still creating a safe and happy environment for the kids. Leonor had worked with other speech therapists before, but honestly nothing came even close to Nicky’s level. The difference was night and day. Thank you so much, Nicky, for everything you’ve done for Leonor and for our family. We are truly grateful. We would also like to leave a special thank you to the wonderful ladies at the reception at Q Enrichment Center, especially Cindy and her colleague. They were absolutely amazing with Leonor from day one, always making her feel welcomed, comfortable, and happy every time she walked into the center. Their warmth and care made a huge difference in the whole experience.
My child is 5 years old and attends Q Enrichment for speech therapy. Ms. Nicky has been very helpful in supporting Hriday to overcome his speech challenges. The admin team has also been very supportive in coordinating and scheduling the sessions.
Excellent center with exceptional professionals. My child had a therapy session with Ms. Swaliha and my daughter had lot of improvement/progress. Ms. Swaliha knows what she is doing and know how to help. I would highly recommend anyone to the center and specially Ms.Swaliha.
Cara has been absolutely incredible! I have been so happy with her work and her help these last months. She goes beyond and over to help her patients, she is dedicated, easy to work with, reliable and very positive. Cara often check ins, making sure all is going well and giving help to further the progress. She truly is a Godsend, she came highly recommended, I highly recommend her and cannot thank her enough.
We are incredibly grateful for Ms Aisa and the amazing work she has been doing with our child. From the very first session she was kind and patient and she created a safe, warm and encouraging environment that made our child to feel comfortable and motivated to improve. We have seen progress not only in speech but in all aspects of communication. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dedicated and talented therapist!
