I had a wonderful experience at Pure Derma Dubai Hills. The staff are beyond amazing — very professional, clean, and polite. I had a facial treatment that made my skin look like a mirror. Joy was the specialist who performed my facial, and she was incredible. She explained every step clearly and made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist was also very welcoming. Her warm attitude made me feel like I would definitely want to come back again. Krystel also took the time to explain everything to me, especially considering that I am breastfeeding. She was extremely professional and caring. Highly recommended!
I did hydrafacial and it was the best one I have done. I have very sensitive skin but Jeremy took extra care and went out of her way. I recommend her for hydrafacials. I love that they prioritise skin care over money. They are not commercial. I will be back for sure.
