Dr. Karrar is absolutely amazing. He is extremely gentle, professional and polite. Everyone in this clinic is friendly and his assistant is very good. I am so happy with the results and got my confidence to smile back! The clinic is very clean and free parking is available. There is also a payment plan in case you can't pay everything upfront.
I had a treatment experience at this clinic ten months ago that was quite eventful. Unfortunately, the clinic is poorly organized, and the receptionist lacks attentiveness and professionalism. Today, I called ahead to confirm whether the doctor would be available , sinceI was unhappy with my last appointment and they informed me that he will be. Upon arriving, the receptionist informed me that the doctor was off. She rudely questioned how I didn’t know he was unavailable on Mondays, claiming all patients are aware of this, such a shameless behavior. I drove over an hour and a half from another emirate only to find out he wasn’t there. To add to my frustration, I waited 20 minutes for night-time aligners that the doctor had measured for on December 23rd. I definitely won’t be returning.
