⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with Dr. Asma Abdullatif. I did cleaning, whitening, and cavity treatment, and every procedure was done very smoothly and professionally. She is extremely gentle, patient, and explains everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole visit. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The results were excellent, and the entire experience was stress-free. Dr. Asma truly deserves all the appreciation and recognition for her skills and professionalism. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.

My wife went in for a root canal, and she was informed that the cost would be AED 247. However, after the procedure, she ended up paying over AED 700. I’m not sure whether this was a genuine mistake or a tactic to get patients to proceed with the treatment and then charge more afterward. I hope someone is held accountable.
My Fiancé and I had such a wonderful experience at Prime Medical Center, Al Mizhar, and we genuinely wanted to share it. Right from the start, Ramy at the reception made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We honestly didn’t understand our insurance coverage properly, and we were quite confused about whether we were covered or not. Ramy took the time to patiently explain everything to us, step by step, and we even contacted our insurance provider and he even spoke to them with us on the phone to make sure we were eligible. That kind of patience and care is something you don’t see every day. On top of that, when my fiancé’s phone ran out of battery, he kindly offered us his own power bank and cable for us to use! Such a thoughtful and human gesture that really stood out. Then we met Dr. Rajesh, who was absolutely amazing. My wife was the patient, and he treated her with so much kindness, compassion, and respect. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure she was comfortable throughout. Even though he was the only doctor on duty at midnight and had so much to handle, he still checked on her personally and never once made us feel rushed. It’s rare to meet a doctor who genuinely cares like that. Both Ramy and Dr. Rajesh went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and positive. My fiancé and I left feeling truly cared for and very grateful. Huge thanks and kudos to both of them, and to the entire Prime Al Mizhar team …you’ve got something really special here. ❤️
