I had a very disappointing experience with the medical center in Al Nahda. If there was an option to give less than zero, I would definitely choose that. Unfortunately, even one star feels too generous. The pharmacy service was extremely poor, and the overall customer care was unacceptable. The staff seemed to lack basic knowledge of how to deal with customers professionally. There was no proper communication, no sense of responsibility, and no effort to resolve concerns. A healthcare facility should prioritize patient care and professionalism, but sadly, this place fails on both. I would not recommend this center to anyone.
