I recently visited the clinic for a health screening, and the support, coordination, and customer service provided were outstanding. The doctor, nursing staff (Ms. Bency), and front office staff (Akhil Noushad) were all highly professional, supportive, and courteous throughout the visit.
I recently visited Dr. Farah's clinic located in Terminal 3 of the airport and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Dr. Farah was exceptionally helpful and demonstrated a high level of expertise, making me feel confident in her care. The front desk staff, particularly Dona, provided outstanding service with a friendly and efficient approach. I also extend my gratitude to nurses Cleris and Anju for their dedicated attention and support during my visit. The clinic’s convenient location combined with its excellent service makes it a top choice for healthcare needs.
I had visited Terminal 1 prime clinic for health checkup as part of official requirements. Medical assessment experience was fantastic and given me clear info about each test. Appreciated all team at the center
I visited Prime in Terminal 3 arrivals. The front desk staff were very rude. One staff member, named Bency, was more occupied with her mobile phone than doing her job. My report was ready, yet she lied and told me to come back tomorrow as it wasn't ready. It was clear she was being dishonest. This is unprofessional. I informed her that my report would only take two minutes to print, and finally, she agreed to print it. After that, she unprofessionally administered an injection whilst having a conversation in Hindi with a colleague. Then she told me to return tomorrow as the injection required was on order and would take time to arrive from another branch. I told her I would file a complaint because such behavior was unacceptable. This wasn't my first visit to Prime. However, her uncooperative attitude and insistence to schedule everything for the following day was frustrating. Only a few minutes later, she brought the injection that supposedly took time to come from another branch. It was already in the refrigerator. She said it would take two hours to administer. Despite her warning, I told her it wasn't a problem. She then spent a particularly long time looking for veins in both my hands. I've never seen such an incompetent nurse before and was honestly scared. This was not the first time I received an injection; I've had several during my visits to the Prime Jumeirah branch. Overall, it was a terrible experience with this nurse. It seemed like she preferred using her mobile phone over working.
It was a great experience. All staff are very helpful and careful.
