Tests and scans were conducted quickly and efficiently, appointments and follow-ups were scheduled promptly, and the overall coordination was excellent. A special word of appreciation to Dr. Mandeep Lamba, who made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the surgery. The entire procedure was explained clearly, every query was answered patiently, and the constant reassurance throughout made a huge difference.
