I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Noor Fathima Kazi at Prime Corp Medical. From the first consultation, Dr. Noor was extremely attentive, and professional. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a very clear and reassuring manner. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend Dr. Noor to anyone looking for excellent medical care. Also, I am truly grateful to Dr. Noor at Prime Corp Medical for guiding me through my entire pregnancy journey. From the very beginning until I finally held my baby in my arms, the care and support I received were exceptional. I wanted to share this, Dr. Noor was always patient, kind, and very reassuring during every visit. She explained everything clearly and made me feel confident and safe throughout my pregnancy. Her professionalism and compassion made a huge difference during such an important phase of my life. Thanks to Dr. Noor ma’am, I had a smooth and positive pregnancy experience, and today I am happily holding my baby. She was with me throughout the entire journey and stayed by my side even until my surgery, which gave me so much confidence and comfort. Her care, support, and dedication truly meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Noor to any expecting mother looking for the best care. Thank you Mam. Wishing you all success!! _ Malathi Rajkumar, Sharjah
I visited Prime Clinic and had a consultation with Dr. Saba Khaled. She has extensive experience in the medical field. After the consultation, my medical issue was accurately diagnosed with her professional expertise—something even a neurology specialist consultant had failed to diagnose, and I had been suffering for quite some time. Her guidance and explanations were extremely helpful, clear, and reassuring. She is very polite, soft-spoken, and communicates in a calm and supportive manner. I confidently recommend Dr. Saba Khaled. Her assistant Nataliya is also very kind and supportive, always helpful whenever assistance is needed. Both truly deserve appreciation. I should must give 5 stars Dr Saba and her Assistant . I would also like to mention my experience at the laboratory—Meenu has excellent butterfly needle skills. Thank you so much, Meenu, for the gentle and comfortable experience. For blood collection samples in laboratory ask for Miss Meenu and enjoy painless needle Behavior of Reception staff is rude included supervisor. Where some assistance was required and he rudely refused.
Very disappointed with our experience at Prime. My wife visited the clinic alone for an appointment , and the way she was treated was completely unacceptable. She was not feeling well enough to stand in line at the pharmacy, so she politely requested a hard copy of the prescription so she could order the medicine online from another pharmacy. Instead of understanding the situation, the doctor spoke to her very harshly, raised her voice, and told her that if she could not stand in line and collect the medicine, then she should not visit Prime anymore. My wife left the clinic in tears. In my 10 years in the UAE, we have never faced such disrespect in any medical facility. No doctor should have the authority to yell at a patient for making a simple request, especially when the patient is already unwell. This incident needs serious attention from management. I hope no other patient has to go through what my wife experienced. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this doctor.
I had a poor experience with Dr. Tekeste Teka regarding a persistent high fever. I visited with a 101.5 °F fever that had lasted for days, but the doctor said he did not find any symptoms and referred me to a specialist. However, the specialist was only available by appointment starting Saturday (3 days later). As my health was continuously draining and I was exhausted, I couldn't wait that long. I went to another hospital for a second opinion. They reviewed the blood reports and immediately identified Influenza. After receiving an injection and the correct treatment, I finally started getting better. It was frustrating to have a clear diagnosis missed while being referred elsewhere for a later date.
Poor customer service and worst clinc After booking appointment didn’t receive msg for confirmation and then before half n hr when we called for appointment they said ok will send msg now and you can come in half n hr. When we reach they open filed, before vitals they asked you can go to GP as Gynecologist not available. Does this make sense if i need GP why i booked for gynecologist How the staff can be so careless wasted time of patient without any guilt and apologizing they said doctor was until 4pm
