I've been doing pravilo at this studio for a while and i swear my posture is not slouching as much anymore. the vibe is quiet and calm, not like a gym, more like a reset space. coach Denis is super attentive and keeps adjusting you so you dont mess up. Solid spot, recommend!
What an amazing experience. Pravilo helped me a lot to release the tension in my neck and lower back . The coaches are so professional, they asses your level and treat you accordingly to your own personal level and comfort . It’s the best way to stretch , get more flexible , release all your tension and disconnect mentally . They helped me feel better physically and mentally . I love this method ! It’s my 4th session so far and it keeps getting even better and better as I’m more used to the machine . My body and mind love the Pravilo experience and so grateful for it .
So I just stumbled upon this magical place and tried my first session out of curiosity and my body felt like a complete and immediate reset. Like factory reset. I always felt like I needed to get my spine and neck pulled. All stress coming from heavy lifting from work. And my first session with Natalia was unforgettable and I bought my 6 seasons with her on the spot. Decompression and gentle massage under careful supervision from Natalia was very rewarding and made it very worth coming for every session. Every joint was pulled and every muscle was stretched feeling so refreshed after just one session. Forget yoga or Gyrotonic. This is with gravity and your weight. Another level. Incomparable.
This is the best wellness studio I’ve ever seen. The staff are all so friendly , especially Brenda at the reception. My session was longer without hesitation by Dennis and without any extra charge , just because he had the time . I will be back for sure
came here a few times with coach Irina and my shoulders stopped rolling forward, feels way lighter to stand straight now. studio is peaceful and not crowded which i love. irina is very atentive and patient, explains everything. great experience so far.
