I have visited Pratimoksha center with perimenopausal symptoms, endometriosis complications, bleeding heavily for two weeks, I was highly stressed because of my hormonal imbalances and experiencing period irregularities.From the 1st two weeks, I have noticed reduction in the thickness of my uterus lining after undergoing ultrasound, I am getting very regular 2 period cycles and the level of my stress has reduced a lot. I highly recommend this center, with consistency in class they regulate hormones. Thank you Dr. Pooja my yoga instructor for your professionalism, this week I will start my nutrition plan with them and am sure I will get better and reach my goals.
I had gone to this place expecting a lot only to find out how they are focussed on making more money out of every client rather than providing a true support to the clients. There are many more Yoga centres across Dubai that offers true and genuine support and offering worth the value for money. Do not be fooled, fellow yogis!
