I’ve just been to see Dr Ioannis Faklaris, for a teeth clean and 5 stars are simply not enough. I would give him 15 stars if I could. The whole process from the moment of arrival at the clinic, to the very end was very seamless and efficient. The staff at reception were very lovely and helpful. I booked the treatment over WhatsApp and communicated with Abdallah who was very accommodating and helpful. The treatment with Dr Ioannis was absolutely excellent. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Right from the very start, he identified issues with my teeth right away and thoroughly discussed solutions and next steps with me very clearly. My teeth have never been cleaner and shinier in my life than after I’ve gone to see him. His dental assistant is also very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault a single thing about my experience at Prague Clinics. I will most certainly be back for all my dental needs and will be recommending Dr Ioannis and the clinic to my friends and family. I recently had Botox treatment at Prague Clinic and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Dr Natalia was very informative and took the time to guide me through the entire process, answering all of my questions and making me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was quick and comfortable, with no pain during the procedure and no bruising afterwards. I'm very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Prague Clinic and Dr Natalia to anyone considering aesthetic treatments.

Such a clean, professional and reasonable clinic. Pay and claim with my insurance works great. And they have an amazing dentist, Dr. Ioannis Faklaris. Amazing doctor! Tooth extraction was a breeze and he's so skillful and fun at the same time. His assistant Rose is lovely and the rest of the team, including all receptions are always so pleasant and helpful. Great clinic, can only recommend!

I went to see Dr. Ioannis Faklaris for a general dentist check up where he discussed with my some work he recommended. I there after had scaling and cleaning of my teeth, followed by a crown that I needed. The doctor is fantastic, probably the best dentist I have ever seen. He is so professional, attentive, kind and I love that he explains everything whilst constantly checking in to make sure I am comfortable and happy. He really does go above and beyond to ensure professional and fantastic service. When I was nervous, he even put some music on for me to put me at ease, and you get written instructions after the session which I also loved. Also, the doctors nurse, Rose, is also so kind and helpful. I couldn’t recommend the clinic enough, the front of house staff were also so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The little extra drive for me was well worth it! Thank you so much!
