Absolutely love classes at POSTURE Downtown Dubai. All the instructors are Experienced, attentative and know exactly how to guide and Challenge you. The Studio is Beautiful and puts you in the right mindset to move.
I’ve been going to Yorke’s reformer classes for over a year, and the difference in my strength and posture is noticeable. Even muscles I didn’t know I had are working! The studio has a welcoming vibe, everyone’s friendly, and the post-class coffee is a lovely bonus. My lower back pain has improved significantly.
Obsessed with this place - the whole team are incredible and totally make the place what it is! I love that its so warm and welcoming. The setting is visually beautiful but also calls for a sense of calm especially if you are heading into a sound healing class! I love that they offer a range of classes too and the new app has been super helpful with scheduling classes and my membership especially since I'm travelling quite a bit! Ive been doing their reformer pilates class for a year now and ive not only noticed a physical change but mentally too! Thank you to all at posture! 💕
Excellent mentors, Rita and Kate! I can really feel my body getting stronger. The service at the reception is excellent, everything is clean and tidy. The class slots are very convenient, and the packages are reasonably priced. Keep it up – highly recommended!
This is the first studio I’ve tried, and the service has been absolutely phenomenal! Everyone made me feel so welcomed and at ease from the very beginning.
