Very disappointed. I used to like their service and went there 3 times, doing my nails (gelish manicure and normal pedicure). It has been exactly 1 week seems I’ve done my nails there and guess what, gellish pilled off from 4! nails. Even the pedicure doesn’t look so good anymore. So I went to the salon disappointing and upset, asking the staff to fix my nails back. They replied that policy in only 5 days (which no one told me) and they are not sure they can do something for me. I payed 250 aed for nothing. Still waiting for their manager to contact me.
This place is really a disgrace. I went to get my acrylics done and they made a mess. All crooked and mounted. With glue on my fingers, the worst. They only care about getting paid and out of here.
The salon is nice but the service was okey not the best, I feel that they were in rush to finish.
I like their services ladys doing such a good job and caring for each detail since 6 years knowing your salon.
I used to come to this salon many times however today was my last one! The personal don’t bother themselves to make a call and inform they won’t be able to start on time! I came on time and in ten minutes they didn’t even start nail polishing of the previous client! When I asked how much time you need they said 10 minutes which was absolutely lie! If you are late 30-40 minutes, please inform the client or at least don’t lie! 0/10! Will never come again! Disappointed
