The facility is always clean and very well maintained, which makes a big difference A huge thank you to the amazing trainers: James, Mila, Millie, Bobbie, and Adrian. They’re incredibly supportive, motivating, and truly make every session enjoyable. I only saw results with them - they are also keen to ensure you do the right moves and guide you.
