I had an incredibly frustrating experience at AL Barsha Health Center during my appointment scheduled for 1 PM. I arrived on time, only to be made to wait for an unacceptable 50 minutes. When I finally asked the nurse about the delay, I was told that another patient was in the room, and she couldn't do anything about it. This is deeply disrespectful to my time. It’s absolutely unacceptable for a health facility to disregard appointment times in such a manner. If another patient is taking longer than their allotted time, it is the responsibility of the staff to manage the appointments effectively rather than making on-time patients wait indefinitely. This lack of consideration makes me question their professionalism and commitment to patient care. My time is valuable, and being kept without any communication or apology waiting is disrespectful. I expected a much better level of service from a healthcare provider. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their scheduling and patient management protocols in the future. Overall, very good... the treatment and service. I'm Saudi, I entered with a fee of 120 riyals, then an IV drip for 40 riyals, then medication for 6 riyals. The time was normal; the IV drip took an hour to finish. Also, there is free parking behind the hospital.
I do not recommend this center. There is no respect for patients, the treatment is unacceptable. Rating: zero out of five stars. The doctor treated me unprofessionally. Room number T08, date: 1/17/2025
