I had a very very bad experience with this clinic. Dr is ENT and not specialised in Immunity nor Allergy... as per his story just attended conference about it. They promised to share pre approval medical report for my insurance to justify to request for Immunity lab test .. however I never got that report ... although I have been after them many days woth phone calls and WhatsApp messageswith no response ... see attached . They offered to give the report after the lab test completed which not a pre approval report .. all Insurance companies rejects that and need justifications before the lab test done. Seems the reason is either they don't understand the business or Dr is not licensed for such treatment .. since ENT is not allergy related. Very bad experience ... it was waste of time.and money. I was lucky by not going for the Immunity Test with them till I get the report for my insurance approval. Imagine they ask for payment to open a file! ...... Even consultation fees when I booked th3 appointment over phone they mentioned AED 550 for adults while when I came to pay they asked for AED 660. That was very strange. Even if they offer free service I will never recommend it as per my experience.
Dr. Yelena is amazing! The staff are professional and the place is beautiful. Loved my experiences there and will go again ☺️

Be careful of fraud
A clinic that charges exorbitant fees. I had a nutritional assessment and a doctor's consultation for 3800 dirhams. Afterwards, I received the report and was told that the matter would be discussed further, without being informed that I would need to pay any additional fees. I booked another appointment with Dr. Mulham and another doctor for the same day. I paid the consultation fee three times, even though it was the same nutritional assessment, after the first appointment, and paid an additional 780 dirhams. I do not recommend visiting this clinic as it is extremely expensive.
