The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was gentle and professional, and the whole treatment left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed. I walked out feeling lighter, cleaner, and completely rejuvenated. Definitely worth it!
Absolute Terrible experience I just had at a pedicure Where I clearly mentionned to not touch where I feel pain. She kept touching and I had to stop her 5 times. She says can you stop moving I say I am tall I am uncomfortable on the chair She said thats why! I said that I can not change my height. She could not remove the hard gel trying different machines. No logical processes in place. Same for removing dead skin no experience no technique. She asked me to put my feet full of soap inside the sinker (without water). The whole process last more than 1 hour, and I end up having shorter feet nails not even rounded than when I came to the salon. Absolutly disapoint, not worth the price and the salon is empty on a Saturday. Then she asked me to use one of equipment on my own to polish the nail. She asked me if I do a lot of sport I said yes She said that’s why you nails are broken. Do not recommend at all. I will stick to Business Bay - The Lab.

Wheing prepared a delicious and healthy smoothie, a perfect touch to the experience. Len not only took care of my nose waxing so incredibly well but also gave me a lovely tour of the salon. The salon itself is stunning—gorgeous pink interiors, an incredibly beautiful, neat and clean space, and a positive atmosphere. It’s a true all-in-one spot for beauty and self-care, offering everything from top-notch services to delightful desserts and beverages. Even the gentleman therapists were so kind and welcoming. The professionalism and warmth of the staff make this place worth every visit—and every penny! I belong here! You guys are the best! Highly recommend! Thank you for being so kind and for taking care of me today. It was really nice experience.
