I highly recommend PhysioFit Clinic, especially Shereen, who has been treating me with dry needling. She is extremely knowledgeable and very competent at her job. Over the years, I have overcome several injuries thanks to her expertise, and her treatments have made a significant difference to my mobility and overall well-being. She takes the time to understand the underlying issue and provides effective, tailored treatment that delivers real results.

This clinic and the staff are absolutely incredible. Shereen is the biggest sweetheart and genuinely cares about her patients and their needs. She’s understanding, helpful, and very intelligent. Michelle and Ingrid are also amazing and so kind. I would like recommend this clinic to everyone. I am so grateful that I chose to come here and have seen lots of improvements in my back pain from Shereen’s dry needling techniques, and am very excited to keep coming back to work on the rest of my body. Google should really have a 10-star rating, because that is what Shereen deserves. I came in with a lot of hesitation and anxiety, unsure of what to expect, but Shereen immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to help me truly understand my issues and explained how to approach recovery in a holistic way so that I do not risk further injury. Throughout every session, Shereen has consistently explained what to expect, what I should do, what I should avoid, and everything in between. She never rushes through the process and always ensures I understand the reasoning behind each step. As someone who was initially quite apprehensive and somewhat skeptical, having a practitioner who takes the time to explain, empathize, and build trust has honestly been 50% of the healing process itself. Her ability to make patients feel informed, reassured, and genuinely cared for is rare. Shereen is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also compassionate in the way she treats her patients. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Shereen has helped me vastly with my TMJ and shoulder/neck pain issues, she is professional, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable - I can always trust that she will know what to do to address the issue at hand. Shereen’s dry needling and manual myofascial release therapies coupled with Ingrid’s massage treatments have provided incredible relief from my TMD, neck, shoulder, and knee pain, more than I ever thought possible. They are genuine experts, who along with Michell at the front desk provide an absolutely delightful and thoroughly professional clinic experience.
