They took the time to listen carefully to my needs and provided helpful recommendations without rushing me. The overall experience was smooth and pleasant, and I truly appreciated their patience and positive attitude, especially during the busy evening hours. It made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for the excellent service—I will definitely come back again!
Life Pharmacy is a well known pharmacy chain in Dubai, and this 24 hour branch fully reflects the same approach I have personally experienced in other locations of the same brand. Unfortunately, my experience here was far from satisfactory. The general attitude of the pharmacists seemed strongly focused on selling branded products, often at prices significantly higher than their generic equivalents. Despite clearly and repeatedly requesting a non branded alternative, the pharmacist showed little interest in accommodating my needs and continued to insist on proposing only the branded option at a much higher cost. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to truly listen to the customer ultimately led me to leave without purchasing anything. I then walked approximately ten minutes to a competing pharmacy, where my request was immediately understood and fulfilled without hesitation. The service level here felt below average, with staff appearing more sales driven than customer oriented. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations in terms of professionalism or customer care.

Even though the item was out of stock at their branch, Aswani immediately checked other locations and guided me to the JBR branch where it was available.
