I visited this medical centre a few days ago with my 75-year-old father in law for some infection treatment. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The doctor acted irresponsibly and performed small procedures without checking vitals or using proper pain management. At that moment, I didn’t take it seriously, but now—after three days—my father’s condition has become serious, and we are very worried. This medical centre does not seem equipped to handle any serious cases, and the doctor appeared unprofessional and lacking experience. I am sharing this so others can be more careful and avoid facing a similar situation. Patients, especially elderly ones, deserve proper care and attention.

This clinic failed my father at a time when proper medical care was needed. My father is nearly 70 years old and diabetic. He presented with an abscess on his neck we visited this clinic and was checked by Dr. Rauf, he drained the abscess without checking his vitals and without any numbing. Despite returning twice due to worsening pain and swelling, he was repeatedly dismissed and sent home with antibiotics. No proper investigation or escalation was done. The abscess worsened to the point that he now requires surgery. Watching his pain escalate over days was heartbreaking and completely unnecessary. We are truly disappointed with the carelessness and lack of urgency shown by the doctor. Not checking the sugar levels before making a cut and draining the wound in a diabetic patient without numbing is unacceptable..
Dr.Rauf amazing doctor and a kind hearted human being.I recently visited Pehsawar Medical and it have been a great experience.I have been treated very well and my bad reports turned very good.Its is a very very reasonable medical center.Prices are really very good.Cheapest In Dubai.
