I didn’t feel like my body was properly bathed with loofa, water was cold at the beginning and steam didn’t warm properly so I laid around 5-10 minutes in cool temperature. Massage was shorter than expected and not the one I asked. Staff said because bath took longer, and it took longer because I requested to bath my back again since it wasn’t done properly from 1st attempt. Overall didn’t feel myself cleaned and relaxed
