There are no less than five stars for the level of attention and care I received at this clinic. From the initial inquiry to the final billing, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. TL;DR: Exceptional care and expertise from Dr. Bilal Idris and his assistant, Ancy. The insurance and approval process was seamless thanks to the front desk, especially Ms. Aisha. Before choosing this clinic, I inquired at several others. Many seemed disinterested once I mentioned insurance and acted like insurance doesn't pay them, even if they were in my network. In contrast, the team here immediately asked for my insurance details and assisted me with the claim. Thank you, Ms. Aisha! Although my appointment was only for scaling and cleaning, the doctor noticed a cavity. His explanation was very clear, and I proceeded with a filling due to the root complexity he described. I am a difficult patient because my tongue never seems to cooperate to what doctors want to , which usually frustrates dentists. However, Dr. Bilal and Ancy were incredibly patient and empathetic. I truly appreciated their approach and thorough explanations. They even gave me some Sensodyne tooth paste when I mentioned the sensitivity. This is the first time I’ve written such a long review, but I felt very much interested to share my positive experience. A big thank you to Dr. Bilal, Ancy, Aisha, and the entire team! I am gonna recommend this as well to everyone who are looking for dental treatments.

I had a root canal treatment and dental cleaning done here, and the experience was excellent. Dr Bilal was professional, explained each step clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The cleaning was thorough, and the root canal was much smoother than I expected. after each visit , the staff made sure to check on my health for pain or swelling. Highly recommended.

He took the time to explain my procedure in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed before we began. It’s rare to find a dentist who balances such high-level skill with a calm, reassuring bedside manner. I felt like I was in very capable hands throughout the entire procedure. A special shout-out to Subha, who assisted during my visit. She was incredibly attentive, efficient, and kind. Her coordination with Dr. Ali made the process seamless, and she did a great job of making sure I was relaxed and had everything I needed. Overall Atmosphere The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff is organized, and I didn't have to wait long past my scheduled time, which I really appreciated. I recently visited Pearly White Dental clinic for an emergency appointment. Having just moved from the UK, I was expecting the emergency appointment to be in the next few days, however to my surprise the team arranged it for me right the next day (this was me booking at the close of business hours).
