Went to Peaq Wellness for the first time and genuinely didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be such a good experience. The Lagree class was tough (in a good way). Slow, controlled, and you feel every single muscle working. Coach Elena was amazing really hands-on, correcting form and motivating without making it overwhelming! After the workout, I tried the infrared sauna and cold plunge, and that honestly made the whole experience even better. The sauna helped me relax, and the cold plunge not gonna lie was a bit of a shock at first, but you come out feeling super refreshed and energized. Overall, it felt like a perfect mix of workout and recovery. Definitely coming back.
Challenging but enjoyable Lagree class. The instructor was motivating and kind, encouraging us to keep moving. Friendly, accommodating staff and a lovely studio. Small class (5 people) made it feel personal.
Where do I even start? The classes were amazing. The instructor was a solid 10/10 super attentive, especially since the group was small, so everyone got personalized guidance. The aesthetic? Absolutely perfect. The space is beautiful, calm, and ideal to sit, reset, or get some work done. And the contrast session… don’t even get me started. Sauna, ice bath, then a shower right after Lagree? That’s next level. The whole setup is insane. I also tried the protein shake at the end and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
This studio is stunning in every corner. As soon as you walk in it feels warm and it SMELLS SO GOOD. I took a Lagree class that was challenging yet exactly what I wanted. Instructors are very nice and attentive. I especially appreciate how clean the rooms and bathrooms are.
Such a beautiful space very well designed, the Lagree class was amazing and very focused on technique which i liked. Also did the contrast therapy (infrared sauna and ice bath) would definitely recommend checking this place if you’re into fitness and wellness
