My experience at Pause Spa in the Paramount Hotel, Dubai was truly exceptional. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and made sure I felt completely comfortable before beginning any treatments. They provide slippers, towels, and a robe. I started my visit with some time in the sauna, fresh water available throughout the space to stay hydrated. Then I moved on to a hammam treatment, which was absolutely perfect, the therapist was highly professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Next was a relaxing massage in a beautifully scented room with soothing music, followed by a facial treatment. The spa itself is impeccably clean, smells amazing, and offers a truly luxurious experience. I recommend this spa especially since the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you receive.

The spa environment is lovely and clean, and I was especially impressed by the plush, good-quality towels. The wonderful experience started the moment I walked in, thanks to the very welcoming receptionist, Daisy. Will definitely be back!
Fantastic spa, great sauna and ice tub, receptionist and all staff very chill and polite. Had a 90 min deep tissue massage with Destin and it was one the best I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend.
