Unfortunately after last experience it was not good at all . i visited you And not one time only. 4 time 3 time very good experience in 2022&2023. But in june 2024 Last time was so hurtful Ac not working . Super hot He works with my tooth quickly without waiting the Dental anesthetic. I couldn’t stand up after his treatment. I called the clinic next day and no any answer.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Super happy with the treatment I received And the customer service I experienced exceeded beyond my expectations! Mussa was so kind and professional. The most disheartening aspect of my visit was the blatant rudeness displayed by the staff members. It seemed that they had no interest in providing quality care or treating patients with dignity. I was left feeling discriminated against solely because of my Indian heritage, and this kind of prejudice has no place in a professional healthcare setting. Interestingly enough, the owner of the clinic appeared to be the only person who displayed a friendly demeanor. While I appreciate his efforts to create a positive atmosphere, it does little to compensate for the overall poor experience caused by his staff. I would strongly advise anyone considering Paramount Dental Clinic to proceed with caution. The unprofessional behavior, lack of respect, and apparent discrimination I experienced make this clinic an unfavorable choice for anyone seeking dental care. There are plenty of other dental clinics in the area that prioritize patient well-being and treat individuals with the respect they deserve.
