I underwent PRP treatment for hair loss at this clinic and completed the recommended sessions as advised. Unfortunately, I saw no improvement and continued to lose hair. The expectations set before treatment did not match my results. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision. The treatment was expensive, and I feel the outcomes were not clearly explained beforehand.
I consistently face issues whenever I visit Paradise Polyclinic. The overall attitude feels as though patients are being done a favor rather than being provided a service. My insurance co-payment is AED 7, yet I was told that I must either pay in cash or go to an ATM to withdraw money. Alternatively, I was informed that card payments are accepted only for a minimum of AED 10, which they claimed is a “management decision.” As a healthcare provider, forcing a patient—especially someone who is unwell—to arrange cash payment is unreasonable and unprofessional. Not everyone carries cash at all times, and denying or complicating treatment over such a small amount reflects poorly on the clinic’s service standards. This experience has been highly disappointing, and due to repeated issues, I will never visit this clinic again. Thank you paradise clinic management for the great policy .
