I visited Pakistan Medical Center for my child’s treatment and had a very good experience with Dr. Mehreen Khwaja. She is professional, kind, and very attentive. I truly appreciate the care and affordable services provided by the medical center. However, I had a disappointing experience at the reception. The Filipina receptionist was quite rude and dismissive when I asked about my blood test report, and I felt I was not treated properly. Overall, I still recommend Dr. Mehreen Khwaja and the medical center for their quality treatment, but I hope the front desk service improves.
