I really value the variety of machines. However, at this price point, there are areas that need attention. On certain days, I notice a kitchen odor on the first floor, possibly from the AC. The sauna, without water, is too cold at around 40°C, and the steam room frequently undergoes maintenance. Additionally, the strong cleaner smell can be disruptive. I hope these concerns can be addressed, as the gym does have a lot of potential.
One of the best gym experiences you'll ever have. From the supplement store to the restaurant, from the pool facilities to the main event itself the actual gym equipment everything was 7 star. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Bring your own bottle of water and towel
This gym is outstanding. Machines are perfect. However, the experience is horrendous. How can a gym be so stunning turn out this bad. It doesn’t matter if you have a yearly membership or a monthly membership you still have to pay for a locker. Staff aren’t welcoming or friendly and something is just off about them. Oh you want towels? Bring your own. Overall, I think all the investments went to the equipment and facilities and they forgot to invest in people and providing a decent experience.
In terms of facilities and equipment, probably the best in Dubai. However, the manager and line of staff must be questioned, as their mindset of them having control and authority over everyone will not get them anywhere and will lead to this gym failing in a few years. All the staff, including head manager Majid are very rude and controlling. And are very money-minded and do not create personal relationships with their clients which honestly kills the gyms vibe. The only exception from the staff is king pin (el 9eeney) which has always treated us like a friend from day one and never mistreated us. I hope this matter gets looked into.
Excellent gym, out of this world equipment, what ever exercise you can think of they have the equipment to cater. No expense spared, such clean toilets and equipment, around 15 cleaners in the gym constantly cleaning everything. Slightly on the expensive side but hey,!! you can be when your the best gym in the world !!! 😊
