I visited the clinic and was truly impressed by their high level of quality. The experience was amazing, I had my procedure done, and I can’t wait to go back.🥰 I did Ultraformer MPT for buccal fat, fat dissolving injections, and Spider vein removal ,because I have some small veins around nose. Here they have took pictures of my face to analyze my skin and it was very impressive to see the report from the results . 👌🏽

I visited Orskin Aesthetic Clinic today and absolutely loved the whole experience. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming — they’ve already prepared the cutest New Year setup, and it instantly lifts your mood. The staff is incredibly sweet, always smiling, and super attentive. It truly feels like a place you want to return to. ❄️ ⛄️ They also serve the best matcha, which is such a nice touch! 🍵 I had my treatment done by Dr. Aigul, and she was amazing. So professional, gentle, and caring — she explained everything step by step and made me feel completely comfortable.✌🏻🌸🫶🏻 I did the JetPeel™ treatment, which includes lymphatic massage, gentle exfoliation, and deep infusion to boost hydration and rejuvenation. It was non-invasive, painless, and very relaxing. My skin looked plump, fresh, and glowing immediately with zero downtime.😍 I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend this lovely clinic. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I visited this clinic for the first time today, and honestly everything was perfect from start to finish. The reception team was so kind and welcoming, which immediately makes you feel at ease. I had an appointment with Dr. Shagoon, and I came in feeling a bit lost, I mean I knew my skin insecurities, but I wasn’t sure which treatments were right for me. She was amazing. Very gentle, patient, and truly attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and recommended treatments that were actually suited to my needs. What I really appreciated is that she didn’t try to sell anything(which is often in dubai), but instead focused on understanding me and offering a personalized approach. She created a genuine human connection, which is honestly quite rare nowadays !! The treatments were done very professionally, and her assistant was also lovely and highly competent. I’m genuinely so happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back. Now I just can’t wait to see the results!

I wanted to share my honest feedback about this clinic. I visited for a consultation after being recommended and after speaking to the owner on the phone, who came off as friendly and professional. My first impression was positive. The clinic is well organized and maintained, the receptionist was friendly and helpful and the complementary drinks were a kind gesture. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. During the consultation, I personally felt some of the comments made about my skin in the pictures were discouraging. The remarks, combined with certain facial expressions, felt unnecessarily and made me feel quite uncomfortable. My honest feeling was that they wanted to oversell another treatment even though I insisted on the Renuva collagen booster. I have never experienced something like this before during an aesthetic consultation. Later, when I asked the other helpful colleagues about additional laser and facial treatments, who happened to be sitting at the front desk, the atmosphere suddenly felt uncomfortable when the doctor came in. I was simply trying to better understand which treatments would suit me best, especially since I recently moved and was hoping to find a clinic I could continue visiting long term. It is unfortunate because I do believe the clinic has great potential and offers well-curated treatments. ———————————-———————————- After writing this review, I got called by the clinic and they tried to threaten me with a police report for giving my feedback in a form of a review. They also mentioned that the consultation was recorded without my permission. Feel free to go ahead as I have the right to give my honest feedback. So shocking of how this clinic handles genuine feedback.

I had one of the best facial experiences of my life with Victoria at Orskin. From the beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. What stood out to me the most was the consultation before the treatment. She was very honest and focused on what was actually best for my skin rather than simply trying to sell me a facial or products. She immediately noticed that my skin was inflamed and advised me to wait a few days since I had recently done another facial. Instead, she recommended products to use at home first and asked me to come back after my skin had settled. I was honestly surprised by how well the products worked they really calmed my skin and made such a difference. When I returned for the facial, the entire experience was beyond amazing. And I really mean the entire experience, not just the treatment itself. The facial, the red light therapy, and even the lymphatic drainage leg treatment were incredible. But what really blew me away was the attention to detail throughout everything. They ask about every little thing if you’d like the room cooler, the scents you prefer, the ambience, the music and overall atmosphere. Even the playlist that was playing was so calming and thoughtfully chosen. You can tell a lot of care goes into creating an experience rather than just booking someone in for a treatment. I’ve had my fair share of facials and treatments in Dubai, so I don’t say this lightly, but this was by far one of the most impressive experiences I’ve had. Victoria really understood my skin and the issues I was dealing with, and she offered realistic solutions instead of pushing unnecessary treatments or products. I also want to thank Orskin and the whole team because everyone was so warm, welcoming and lovely throughout. And on a silly note… the date balls at the end were way too good. I think I might actually go back just for the dates next time 😂
