Absolutely horrible experience. I went in expecting professional service, but instead, I felt like I was begging them to do the job I already paid for. The staff behaved as if they were doing me a favor, not providing a service. Completely rude, careless, and unprofessional from start to finish. There was no respect, no proper communication, and zero customer service. It honestly felt like they just wanted to take the money and get rid of me as fast as possible. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a salon. Avoid this place unless you want to pay to be disrespected.
I have been visiting this salon since 2yrs . I usually get waxing, clean up & pedicure done over here . Highly recommended salon Jyoti has been doing my pedicure most of the tym her service is incredible 👏 with long lasting visible results. For good service take prior appointment.
Worst Salon Experience Ever! Absolutely disappointed with their service and hospitality. I came from far to visit this salon, and as soon as I entered, the staff rudely asked, “What do you need?” — no greeting or professionalism at all. When I requested a nail service, they said they were busy and couldn’t take me, even though one of the staff members was clearly free. I politely offered to wait another 30 minutes, but they refused and told me to come back at 7 PM — even though it was only 1 PM! I honestly felt disrespected and unwelcome. Unfortunately, it seemed like they treated me differently because I’m from another nationality, which is unacceptable in any service business ( all the staff and customers were Philippinas, with all the respect to this nationality) Would never recommend this salon — zero customer care and completely unprofessional.

Been a regular for body and head massage. Ayesha's hands are great as she has good knowledge of pain and muscle without hurting you. I appreciate Vipin's efforts in customer service and being accommodating her clients. She is hardworking and a genuinely a nice person. Keep up the good work!
