I’ve been doing my hair with AP for the past 3 years, and honestly she is the absolute best when it comes to hairstyling. From the very first appointment until today, she has never disappointed me. Every single time she does my hair, it turns out even more beautiful than I imagined. AP is not only incredibly talented, but she’s also so friendly and kind. She really listens to what I want and always gives her honest advice to make sure the final look suits me perfectly. Whether it’s for a special event or just a regular styling, I always feel confident and happy leaving her chair. What I love most is her consistency — after 3 years, she still puts the same effort, passion, and attention to detail into my hair. No matter what style I ask for, she delivers it flawlessly and sometimes even better than the inspiration picture.

I had a natural hair treatment at this salon yesterday and absolutely loved the experience. The package price was very reasonable and offered great value for money. Lisa did my blow-dry, and it turned out exactly the way I wanted—smooth, polished, and beautifully done special thanks to you. I also really appreciated the relaxing head and shoulder massage during the treatment. A special thanks to Belle as well. Her massage skills are amazing—she has strong hands and really knows what she’s doing. Overall, the staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

the hair department is good, but the cause of my review is due to the nail department. the ladies got me a color and kept applying coats until the color was too dark for my liking. i asked to change the color and they told me it would cost extra just for a simple change of color. it isn’t morally or socially correct and other salons would change it for free.

I always come for the exact same services, yet every single visit I am charged a different amount. There is absolutely no consistency, no transparency, and no explanation for why the price keeps changing. On top of that, they keep charging me for medium or long hair when my hair is really, really, really short. This has happened more than once, and it feels completely unfair and dishonest. There is no clear pricing system, no fixed service cost, and no professionalism when it comes to billing. This salon clearly lacks honesty and proper management. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to be careful unless you’re okay with inconsistent pricing and being overcharged.

This isn’t my first time at the salon, but my previous experience wasn’t the best. However, this time was absolutely excellent! I’d like to thank (Ruksana) for her patience and skill—she did a fantastic job. I do have one suggestion: I hope you can update your nail polish collection. The shade I chose, Rumper Room by Essie, was old and sticky, which made it difficult to apply. Ruksana worked hard to make it look perfect because I didn’t want to change the color, and I really appreciate her understanding and willingness to accommodate my preference.
