Worst stay experience ever. Extremely unprofessional staff with zero respect for guests. The reception guy, Ihtasham, was very rude and disrespectful throughout our stay. Staff behavior was completely unfriendly and unacceptable. They also lied to us regarding the swimming pool facilities just to attract customers. On top of that, I clearly mentioned and had permission for late check-out in my booking comments, yet in my absence they removed my son from the room without informing me. This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable and unsafe behavior. I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT choose this property for your stay. Save your money, time, and peace of mind. There are far better and more respectful places available.😡
I had experience on this massage spa. Indian girl who always watching her time. She didn’t know massage at all. 1 stroke for all 15 minutes. I will never forget the experience as she did not finish the time. A truly waste of time and money. Instead of giving a relaxing and calming experience, headaches and stress were given.
It is a luxurious spa with professional therapists. I had a stick treatment and Thai massage with a therapist named Irene. She is very professional. After the treatment, I felt much better and will definitely come back again.
