I assumed this clinic would be one of the better ones but in all honesty, I was just a number in a factory system, there was no personal touch, of course we paid over 35,000 dhs and nothing came from it, all my embryos were abnormal. The doctor did not care, there was no after care or check up on us, we were just told it would take 3-4 cycles, it made me doubt the procedure. We then moved clinics and I am pregnant on my first try, this clinic in the same area went above and beyond to tailor my plan, everyone knows my name and they have become like family, they genuinely wanted it to work for us.

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at Orchid Fertility Center. This is honestly one of the worst fertility centers I’ve ever come across. The staff and doctors seemed completely money-minded they showed very little concern for the patient’s emotional or physical wellbeing. Every visit felt more like a business transaction than a medical consultation. Despite spending a huge amount of money, there was no proper guidance, empathy, or follow-up. whenever I asked questions, they were brushed aside. It felt like they only cared about how much more they could charge rather than helping me through a very sensitive journey. If you are looking for genuine care and transparency, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I truly regret choosing this clinic.
