I had a very positive experience at Orbit Eye Center for Pediatrics & Oculoplasty in Dubai. Dr. Walid Abdalla is truly outstanding — highly professional, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. He took the time to carefully examine my child, explain the condition clearly, and walk me through the treatment plan in a way that made me feel confident and at ease. I would especially like to thank Ms. Ola, who was incredibly helpful and supportive from start to finish. She guided me through every step, answered all my questions patiently, and made everything smooth and stress-free. What really made the experience exceptional was the support from the team. The staff were organized, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire process. The center is well-equipped, clean, and clearly focused on pediatric care, which makes a big difference when dealing with young children. Overall, I highly recommend Orbit Eye Center, Dr. Walid Abdalla, and his wonderful team to any parent looking for professional and compassionate eye care for their child.

The staff were also amazing — very professional, friendly, and supportive. They also supported me a lot with my insurance provider and helped me with getting necessary approvals. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Walid for the care he provided to our daughter. From our very first consultation which was just over a year ago, he was genuinely reassuring and made what was a very emotional and difficult decision for us as parents feel thoughtful and well-guided. Our daughter recently underwent strabismus surgery for intermittent exotropia, and her surgery went smoothly.
