I’ve been using OIMC for a while now for my laser and teeth cleaning and their services are amazing. The staff are polite and professional, giving you all information needed. They are great at follow up and also pre informing you of your appointments. If you have to reschedule, it’s done promptly and without grudges. It’s a really great place to go to.
Highly professional service! Dr. Nimay provided an excellent consultation for my son’s braces; the plan was thorough and the pricing was very fair and justified. Special thanks to Dr. Gana for the cleaning. The clinic showed great integrity by honoring a AED 40 promotional rate with a senior doctor when the trainee was unavailable. Beyond the treatment, they were wonderful with my son. They gave him great advice on dental hygiene, explaining the risks of poor oral care and sharing stories to make sure he understood the importance of brushing properly from a young age. Truly a well-guided visit! A big thank you to Dr. Nimay and Dr. Gana for your patience, expertise, and for going the extra mile to educate the next generation on oral health.
No time waste, if u have your appointment, on time they serve u unlike other clinics who make U wait for so long... N very friendly receptionists n Dr. As well... Especially miss shiji who is treating me for laser hair removal. Highly recommended.
I have been going for laser treatment in this clinic OIMC for long time. The location is super accessible to me, the staffs are very accomodating and warm. And the service is superb most especially to Ms Shiji who does my treatment. She is very professional, does her job very well and doesnt make me feel awkward at all. She makes sure everything is alright and makes you at ease. What i like the most is they follow your appointment schedule on time, unlike other clinic that theres always overlap and waiting time is very long.
Had a good experience overall specially thanks to Doctor Aiman (You’ll be great doctor) and all the staff there, They guided me well and was so polite and helpful. The only thing need to be done is the medical insurance. I’ve insurance of Neuron Signa but its only approved in Marina branch not here so have to do something about it as well to facilitate all the customers. Overall everything was 10/10
