Ora Spa

We had a really wonderful time at the Ora spa. The registration process is super simple over WhatsApp, fair prices and very nice service. The massages were really good and the spa itself is beautifully designed. There are also sauna and Jacuzzi as well as well maintained showers. It is in the Andaz hotel in the palm.

Neither of the beds worked and this made it a far from relaxing experience. I think the worst part was being told by the staff this wouldn’t happen again next time we came. Nobody offered a discount or a voucher to come back another time and have a better experience. So we won’t be going back again. Just make sure everything is working before your massage begins

One of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had. The massage felt completely unprofessional: there was no real technique, just random movements combined with very harsh pressure. I left with visible bruises on my back right after the session, which is definitely not normal. Also, no disposable underwear was provided so I had to use my own swimsuit, and they used so much oil that it completely ruined it. They also didn’t follow basic instructions: I specifically asked not to touch my face and had to repeat it multiple times during the massage. And the cherry on the top- the response from the manager when I informed about the issues I had. When I raised the concern, I was told to “just relax and enjoy the rest of the day,” which felt very dismissive. Overall, a really disappointing experience that honestly affected my whole stay and beyond as my body keeps aching even now - after two days. Definitely advise you against visiting!
