Optimum Diagnostic Clinic
DubaiMed AI Analysis
Optimum Diagnostic Clinic (part of the Al Diyafa group) appears to offer strong medical expertise—especially in Internal Medicine and diagnostic lab services—with direct insurance billing and a multi-location group history. However, patient reviews are mixed: several praise the doctor and clinical care, while multiple others report poor front-desk service, appointment handling, and cleanliness issues, so expect variable non-clinical experience.
Patients seeking experienced internal medicine clinicians and in-house diagnostic testing who prioritize clinical skill over administrative polish.

100% satisfactory diagnosis and treatment with accurate appointments as per the schedules and availability. Having Specialist Internal Medicine like Dr. Atul with vast experience and great sense of diagnosis including good staff is what makes this clinic to deserve a 5 star rating.
Very good and warm atmosphere. The staff and the doctor attend to you very nicely. Listening and explaining things in detail to all queries makes the patient relax and at ease.. Wishing all the very best to Dr Kumar and the entire team.... Pammi Singh.
Dr Atul is very good with his diagnosis, however the experience with the staff was very disappointing. Very unprofessional and no one has any clue on what to do. When we did an allergy test we were told that the reports will be provided in 2 days, however when we keep following up they said it would take one week and we should know that . Not like people do allergy tests everyday to have this information. They also don’t know that the ex number is required on the prescription and the pharmacy could not proceed without ex number. Recommend the doctor but definitely not the clinic
Shouldn't the clinic even have a toilet? Bad behavior with customers and the cleanliness of the environment are seen very, very often. I don't know what dentist doesn't even respect the cleanliness of the environment
Utterly terrible service. The staff are clueless and trying to book an appointment with Dr Atul is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. As much as the Dr is recommended, the process is terrible and so we will look elsewhere. To have confirmed an appointment: 1. The day before and then 2. Two hours prior for the Dr to then be over 30 minutes late (not even in the building) and no one bothering to tell us until I had to question, to which I received the response: “It doesn’t matter…”… this was enough to send my blood pressure through the roof. Terrible service!
