I had a very disappointing experience at Ontario Wellness Medical Center. I visited the clinic due to sudden lower back pain caused by a physical movement, which is covered under my accidental insurance. From the beginning, I clearly explained my situation to the doctor and specifically requested that the medical report accurately reflect the cause of my pain so I could proceed with my insurance claim. I underwent four therapy sessions at the clinic. Unfortunately, instead of improving, my condition worsened after each session. The treatment did not provide any relief in fact, the pain increased significantly. The therapy felt too aggressive and was not handled with proper care, which resulted in severe discomfort across my entire back. My condition deteriorated to the point that I had to be admitted to another hospital for four days. What was even more concerning was the medical report they prepared for insurance purposes. Without my consent or confirmation, they incorrectly stated that my pain had started three weeks earlier due to prolonged sitting. This was never communicated by me at any point. Because of this inaccurate and misleading information, my insurance claim was rejected. Overall, I found the experience highly unprofessional both in terms of treatment quality and documentation. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially if accurate medical reporting is important for insurance purposes. I lodged a complaint against them to the DHA to investigate this issue.

I had a very good experience with Ontario Ayurvedic Medical Centre. I schedule for consulation with Dr. Rehna due to neck, shoulder and back pain. After a through check on my condition with never ending Q&A she advise 3 different treatments which runs in 7 days. On the 1st session I feel a relief on my neck and shoulder. After the 7th session I feel so much better. A big thank you to my therapist Arya. I would highly recommend her, she is really good. After every single session with Arya I can feel the improvement and relief on the pain and frozen shoulder. I had a positive experience from Ontario clinic al nahdha for my hairloss treatment under Dr Parvathy. She was very professional and incredibly friendly.
