I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Nurse **ZOBIA KIRAN** for the excellent service she provided during my IV Drip session. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and confident in her work. What impressed me the most was how gentle she was when inserting the needle — her hands are very light, and I barely felt any discomfort. This clearly reflects her high level of skill and experience. She was also very kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the experience very smooth and pleasant. I truly had a wonderful experience with her, and I would highly prefer to deal with Nurse ZOBIA again in the future. She is an outstanding nurse, and I highly recommend her.

I’ll be honest, my experience with the customer service and One Call team at the beginning was very disappointing and frustrating. I was seriously considering not continuing. The only reason I chose to move forward was because of Zobia. Her professionalism, kindness, and the level of care she provides completely changed my experience. My experience with Zobia has been exceptional. I’ve always had a hard time with nurses finding my veins for an IV, and it’s usually a stressful experience. But with Zobia, it’s completely different. She is incredibly skilled, patient, and confident. She doesn’t rush or keep poking just to get it over with. She takes her time, knows exactly what she’s doing, and makes the whole process as smooth and comfortable as possible. What really stands out is how much she genuinely cares. She makes me feel calm, respected, and in good hands every single time. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her patients. She is an absolute asset to her team, and any workplace would be lucky to have a nurse like her. I wholeheartedly recommend her. I am Giving 5 Stars to One call Doctor only because of my experience with Zobia.
