Went here for a day pass, a family day at the pool and the beach with a fully redeemable offer. You can use the Kids Club. Internet is fast. The pool is very nice. The team is very friendly. There are some activities like mini-golf or table tennis. The beach is nice and the restaurant is delicious. Drinks are also good. Would come again.
This was our second time visiting One & Only Spa and it was just as amazing as the first! We booked the holistic body ritual and it was such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience from start to finish Nia explained the entire treatment so well and made us feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly approach. Our massage therapists Leah and Sangi were fantastic - incredibly skilled attentive and made the whole experience even more special Everything was perfect and we will definitely be coming back again!
We did the couples hammam and it was such a unique experience. The whole treatment was relaxing and felt very authentic. My skin felt so silky smooth afterwards, honestly the softest it’s ever felt. A really lovely way to switch off and enjoy some time together. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting Dubai.
I did the royal hammam for the second time but unfortunately the lady wasnt good.. i dont remember her name unfortunately, she talked alot during the treatment, kept asking questions about my skin and hair routine i couldn’t relax, then she kept asking me if the water is cold or not and it was clearly extremely cold and extremely hot when she changed it. She should have checked that first before testing it on me. Then she also didnt turn on the steam properly, i had better steam experiences in much different places. Then she put a syrum on my face and kept poking the sharp end of it on my face instead of outting it on the skin only. It was not royal at all lol .. More like a 80 dhs hammam not a 675 dhs one Wont go there again . The only good side was the locations beauty and luxury and the usage of the steam and sauna rooms. Thats why i gave it 2 stars.
Magnificent spa! The softest towels, like fluffy clouds somewhere above the rainbow. Excellent service and the most competent staff who truly know how to make anyone happy and relaxed. A pleasant relaxation area and delicious tea. Guests receive delightful surprises and there is a shop where it's hard to resist the temptation to take a few bottles for your perfume collection. If you go with a partner, there is a high risk of falling in love again and experiencing a rush of butterflies and goosebumps all over your body.
