Back before the War (feels like years ago now!) I attended a new healthspan clinic called OMICS PRECISION HEALTH as an exclusive guest for their staff to learn some of the procedures they would be performing on their clients. The procedure I underwent was an Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO) procedure. Some 3 litres of blood taken out of my left arm and the cleaned and ozonated blood comes in on my right arm - if you zoom into the pictures you can see dark red blood coming from my right arm and bright pinkish blood coming in on my right arm. It was a pretty cool procedure and pre and post blood work showed an improvement in the various blood markers Dr. Fernando Porras was tracking. OMICS PRECISION HEALTH is all about helping you live longer, better, they want to get a good baseline of your whole system (hence the name) and then assign various treatment plans and supplements to get your biomarkers where they need to be. This makes for better treatment outcomes than having a few peptides and IV bags IMHO. They have hired the best doctors in the region (and imported a few others!) and also hired the best nurses as my wife has by this stage worked with a large number of them in the region. Thanks Dr Mishkat Shehata MBBS, MRCGP, MPH, DRCOG, DipIBLM, AFMCP Dr. Fernando Porras (for the treatment and the photo!) and Astrid Montalta If you take the EBOO I would definitely recommend taking the rest of the day off, it leaves you pretty tired. But then you wake up a new person the next day. In the following weeks found my hikes much easier on the body and I have had, for the first time in my life, multiple people tell me my skin is glowing. So that is another one of the benefits of EBOO. OMICS PRECISION HEALTH opened to the public yesterday (a most auspicious day indeed for all of us in the region) so do go pay them a visit!

The staff are attentive, efficient, and genuinely caring. What truly stands out is their cutting-edge technology — easily some of the most advanced and impressive I’ve seen anywhere in the world. You can really feel the high standard of care in every detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional medical service.
I've been attending Omics after a big surgery for a recovery plan with red light therapy integrated, and I genuinely can't recommend it highly enough.
