For the first time, a very bad shaving experience and not according to expectations, made me embarrassed with my colleagues when in the field. This place is highly not recommended because maybe they are less experienced. So I was quite disadvantaged by the results. At the beginning I had told the example but the result was not gradation. I really hate it and will not return.
I had a fantastic experience at the salon thanks to Umar! He gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had—very professional, attentive to detail, and truly skilled at what he does. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure I left happy and confident with the result. Umar definitely deserves recognition and I hope his boss considers him for a promotion—he’s a real asset to the team. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience today with the barber called Jeff. His service is horrible and so is his skills, he acts as if he is the owner and he is too busy to even attend to anyone. I called ahead and was told he would be free in 20 minutes. When I arrived, I waited an additional 25 minutes while he finished another client. Even while I am waiting he is signaling me with his hands to cut my hair with another barber next to him because he is too busy. During my haircut, I felt rushed, and he kept saying ‘no need for this’ or ‘no need for that’ instead of listening to what I wanted. It felt like he just wanted to get rid of me so he could move on to other customers (friends).
