Absolutely horrible experience — avoid this place. If I could give a zero I will. This is hands down the worst nail service I’ve ever received. Three of my nails broke in less than two weeks, and several others started lifting almost immediately. The nails are uneven, badly shaped, poorly filed, and look extremely unprofessional. There was no cleaning under the nails at all, which is basic hygiene. The appointment took forever, I literally sit there for almost 3 hours, yet the result is awful. To make it even worse, I was charged more than the prices listed on their website, and I was never told the final price beforehand. Terrible service, zero professionalism, and a complete waste of money. I do NOT recommend this salon to anyone.
very poor quality gel polish. just after a few days, gel polish broke off as seen in the pictures. the gel polish on other fingers are also lifting from the nail bed and looks like it will break off any time. the shop also charged extra for removal and half tip extension which was overpriced but the staff claimed was "good quality". do not come here. their store is empty with jo business. i should have seen the warning signs and left without the service.
I visited NStyle Nail Lounge and had my manicure done by Saline. It was one of the most satisfying manicures I’ve ever experienced. The attention to detail, precision, and overall care were exceptional. Thank you for such a great service — I’ll definitely be back
I visited yesterday for a hard gel manicure. Initially, I was quoted 750 AED, which I found extremely expensive. After expressing my concern, the price was suddenly reduced to 350 AED. This made the pricing feel inconsistent and unclear. The service took over two hours, which I didn’t mind as long as the quality was good. However, less than 24 hours later, all of the gel has completely fallen off. I am very disappointed with both the quality and the pricing transparency. For a hard gel service, this is unacceptable. I expected durability and professional results, but unfortunately that was not my experience.
If I could I was going to give them 0 stars. First of all my pedicure was shocking, never had more unpleasant experience. The most shocking thing was that they announce you the price with a calculator! Not following the prices on their website. They charged me 280 dhm for a classic pedicure with normal essence nail polish. They didn’t either wait for my nail polish to dry … Don’t loose your money!
