Extremely unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else. I booked express nails, clearly advertised online as 30 minutes. Instead, I was stuck there for over 1.5 hours. No explanation, no apology. At the beginning, I was suddenly told a much higher price than advertised and was basically pressured to pay more. Even after discussing it, I still paid far too much for what I received. The quality is terrible. After only four days, the gel started peeling off on every single nail. After one week, four nails were already damaged. This is not normal, not professional, and definitely not acceptable. This nail studio is NOT recommendable. Complete waste of money and time. I regret coming here and will never return.

Nice place. Nice people. Nails turned out fine on mani/pedi. Im used to a real actual foot massage when you pay for a pedicure, not 1 minutes, rather 5 minutes at least included. High price for services that are lesser on the marina and for an actual foot massage.

Sabhita did my nails and Laxsmi did my massage. Both were excellent at their job. The massage was amazing, not like others — I’ll come back again for sure. The manager, Riezel, was very kind and helpful. All staff are nice and professional.

I have been a loyal customer of NStyle Bar for 16 years, always getting my nails done at Mall of the Emirates, where I have had nothing but fantastic experiences. However, my visit to the Marina Mall branch was an absolute disappointment. I booked a manicure and pedicure online, but once I arrived, I was pressured into a completely non-transparent and dishonest upsell. Services were added to my bill that I never explicitly requested or agreed to, and products were applied without my clear consent. When I specifically asked before the service whether American Express was accepted, I was clearly told “yes.” However, when it was time to pay, I was suddenly informed that American Express was NOT accepted, putting me in an uncomfortable situation. In the end, I was charged more than double the price of my original booking, without any fair or professional explanation. There was no apology—just an awkward silence. Everyone in the salon knew exactly that this was not right. I want to emphasize that Jobaisa is not to blame—she simply carried out what she was told. Ophidia tried to explain the situation to me, but everything remained confusing, unclear, and frustrating. It felt like they were taking advantage of tourists. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and has completely ruined my experience. I strongly advise against visiting this branch. Be extremely cautious when booking a service here, and check your bill carefully. It’s disappointing that InStyle allows such behavior to damage its reputation.

The experience was very nice. I was greeted as soon as I entered and seated immediately. Chatlyn did a fantastic job on my pedicure and offered advice on maintaining healthy nails. Shyrea also did a fantastic job on my nails. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend NStyle Beauty lounge for your beauty needs. I did not receive threading service but I watched another young lady who’s results were nice!
