She takes the time to truly listen, understand your concerns, and explain what your body needs at every stage. I never feel rushed or like I’m just another appointment. What I appreciate the most is that she works through everything with you during the session. She doesn’t just tell you what to do, she makes sure you’re doing it properly and supports you the whole time. She’s also just a genuinely kind and friendly person. It honestly makes every session something to look forward to. I have patellar laxity and chondromalacia, and my knee pain has completely gone away since working with her, something I honestly didn’t think was possible. If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who is not only highly skilled but also deeply compassionate and committed to your healing, I cannot recommend Dr. Yara enough!!!
