To say that I’m happy to find this place is an understatement. I’ve finally found relief from my chronic back pain (as well as finding out the causes). Dr Moustafa (Chris) is wonderful, he’ll listen carefully to you and explain how he plans on treating the problem. The whole staff at the clinic is wonderful, cheery and friendly. It’s easy to make appointments, and find parkings. Oh and there’s a coffee machine and lemon mint water in the lobby to enjoy while you wait (you won’t be left waiting for more than a minute or two, because they’re very punctual)

Dear All i am sharing my experiences with the Miracle doctor of Novomed DHCC- Mustafa El Ali. CHIROPRACTOR I have gone through severe problems of Dizziness, vertigo and tinnitus, in which i have been to most of the specialists ENT Doctors, my condition was so worse, i cant drive my car due to dizziness. One day i was going through the treatments video on you tube and google i came across his videos then i decided i should go and met him. The day i came he examined and figured out the problem, i was very much surprised and he suggested me 12 sessions in which i almost got cured in 8 sessions. Alhamdulillah. Short trip to Dubai needed to see Dr Moustafa Al Ali and was not disappointed. The staff like Nour and co are great and make you feel welcome. Dr Moustafa has over 26 years experience in oz and owned Burwood back pain give him a call. My hip and back pain was treated.

I would like to thank Dr. Chris for his kindness and support throughout my daughter’s treatment. My 14-year-old daughter was suffering from a lumbar disc that caused nerve compression and leg pain. She was in pain for more than 4 months. She was unable to sleep and practice her daily activities for a long time. After our first visit to Dr. Chris, we noticed an improvement in my daughter’s back and leg pain as well as an improvement in her movement. Dr. Chris is a very thoughtful and compassionate doctor and he emotionally supported my daughter and assured my daughter that he would help her and get her back to her normal life with a full recovery. He considered a treatment plan and he was very transparent from the beginning. He did adjustments and supervised physiotherapy treatments along with spinal decompression treatments. I am really grateful that we got the chance to get support from Dr. Chris and his team after we lost hope in finding a solution that relieved my daughter’s pain. Dr. Chris always goes above and beyond and works timelessly towards ensuring that his patients are satisfied. Before every visit, he will ensure that his previous treatment was done to target the healing process. He asks my daughter about her body's reaction and he will plan the next treatment based on the feedback. Antonette the physiotherapist is a great help as well. She is knowledgeable and experienced. We are glad and very satisfied with the Novomed clinic service at the health care city. The team at the reception is amazing and always welcoming. Scheduling an appointment is very easy and they are very precise in their appointments. I would recommend any patient who is advised to go for surgery visit Dr. Chris before taking any surgery decision risk. Dr. Chris's experience and knowledge will help you recover without any invasive surgeries if surgery is not really needed. My daughter is still visiting the clinic and she is recovering day by day.
