Very professional and all comments i seen there and decide to go for checkup while i am very sick i reach to the receptionist and tell all my pains and problems and then they say wait because someother before me they are waiting also i sit there for 10 mints and Then Go to the Dr she is on call and give me a order to waiting outside and she enjoying a call Patients waiting outside this is exactly what Novitas Dr is.very professional and all.

Very disappointing service. Very rude receptionist and zero care for patients. This clinic should be investigated by ministry of health. Such a horrible experience, these people should not service in the health industry. They don't even deserve 1 star.
