For more than 20 years, I wore eyeglasses, dealing with discomfort, headaches, and the constant need to update my prescription. It’s hard to describe the happiness I felt in that moment. After two decades of depending on eyeglasses, I’m finally free from them. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care I received. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive—always reminding me of my appointments and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. I chose this clinic after extensive research and many comparisons, and I can honestly say it was the right decision. I had my Femto LASIK procedure here on 21st of January, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. From the very beginning, the email communication before my arrival was excellent. It was professional, friendly, responsive and transparent. All my questions were answered patiently and honestly, without any pressure or exaggerated promises. That already gave me a lot of trust. Once at the clinic, everything was extremely well organized. The staff was welcoming, polite and calm, waiting times were minimal, and the overall atmosphere felt very professional and reassuring. Her pre-operative consultation was very detailed, professional and thorough. Beyond her technical expertise, her calm, confident and empathetic manner made me feel safe right away. From the first conversation, I truly felt I was in very good hands. The procedure itself was smooth, controlled and explained step by step, which helped me stay relaxed throughout. What I appreciated a lot was the full transparency after the surgery. I was given my complete treatment and laser report without any hesitation, and I was told by the staff and also explicitly by Dr. Badia Ibrahim that I can contact her directly at any time if I have questions or concerns. That level of openness is not something you find everywhere. The aftercare and follow-up have been just as professional, and my healing process so far is exactly as explained beforehand. Overall, this clinic exceeded my expectations. Professional, honest, well organized, and with a doctor who combines high medical expertise with genuine care for her patients. Excellent experience from start to finish. Before LASIK, I had difficulty with both near and distance vision, and the optical shop helped me find the perfect multifocal glasses. Later, I had LASIK with Dr. Badia, and the results were amazing. Professional team, great care, and outstanding service. Highly recommended! 😊
