I visited Norel Medical Center with a 500 AED derma gift voucher. When I arrived, I was told that the treatments I was interested in (botox, filler) would require an additional 1000 AED on top of the voucher. When I asked what was available within the 500 AED only, I was offered a hydrafacial or teeth whitening. I accepted, but was then told there was no one available that day. The biggest issue here is the lack of communication. I had already asked clearly on Instagram what services were included in the gift voucher no clear answer was given. A simple message before my visit would have saved me time. Instead, I showed up for a confirmed appointment, was turned away, and never received a follow-up call or message after that. This is not how you treat a client. Very unprofessional experience. I do not recommend

I was a bit nervous at first, but Dr. Marwa and the staff were really kind, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. The procedure was quick and not as painful as I expected—just light snaps on the skin. Excited to see the results and continue with the next sessions!
I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I purchased a laser treatment package for 1051, and after the first session, no further appointments were provided for more than three months, with various excuses (the doctor being unavailable, maintenance issues, etc.). I tried contacting them repeatedly but received no proper response. Unfortunately, the agreed service was not delivered, and I was forced to file an official complaint with Consumer Protection. In addition, I experienced multiple burns on my neck following the treatment.
The clinic is not organized at all. The staff who answer the phone are not polite and don’t know how to arrange appointments properly. They really need someone responsible to handle calls. Honestly, Filipinos do this job much better. The service is not efficient and not honest. My advice: the clinic needs to be more organized and professional.
