I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your facility today. After waiting for almost 8 hours for a blood test, I was informed that the sample had been lost. I find this to be unacceptable and would like to report this incident.
Worst customer service. Staff is very rude. I had back pain and I hardly managed to come here . I was 10 minutes early and they said you can't sit inside until 9 am . Someone is suffering from pain and they do there on kinda drama.
In Room No. 4, there's a Malaylam guu sitting to collect forms, Hez very very rude and arrogant. Today 12th Aug 2019 at 1255pm i, ve visited Noor Al Shifa In Parco amd when i went there in room No. 4, the asked me to closed the door in a very rude way, i just requested him that u can ask thia thing politely also, but he replied i cannot talk politely do whats ever u want to do then i again requested him to be polite this is not right way to talk and then he pushed me very hardly with door by saying "I, ll see u now" and he misplaced my form. after lonf struggle i found my form back and then he made a wrong entry in my medical report and m facing serious problem now as he declared me very fit instead of mentioning my medical problem.
I got the best experience of tooth extraction today in my entire life painless I'm so happy. Thank you so much for the lady Dentist she was very caring and positive in every way
